Yup. Alarm times changed when I retired, and will change again when Deb retires from her university job of 16½ years, and again when she starts her temp job with fewer hours (and no weekends!), and again when that job ends… But the workouts drift in their times slots, but keep getting done. 😁
Still, details about what all else get done when keep shifting. Keeps my mind agile? Sure. 🙄
But we are creatures of habit, and we like our routines.
