Are bots and text-based communication the command-line interfaces (http://www.catb.org/esr/writings/taouu/html/ch02s02.html) of the new millennium? With less “mnemonic load” that the original, because bots use a more “human language”? I would like to see if this is a trend (now everybody uses WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Slack) or it can really become a new standard for human-computer interaction.
