I personally don’t agree here because every voter is literally ‘value voter’. Politics exist because we could not have a single definite answer for everything, and everybody votes with their values and version of the world that’s why do we have democracy. The problem should be these voters went to far in ‘partisianship’, not to build there values by themselves, but are driven by some partisan ideas they are told so.
