Plant Health Jianmin Huang
My app design for citizen who like to help King County environment to be better. In my app that divided into three parts, respectively are soil- moisture, temperature and Light. The citizen can use this app to observe plant health, it is very convenient and they can upload data to the department of environment which can provide them more information about plant.
This is my first time to design an app and it felt great. I like this project because it observes King Country’s plant health, make Seattle a plant friendly place. If citizens use this app to upload data, in which it can help department of environment to find the better way to treat disease plants, and save non-necessary waste of time.
This technique will apply in family or department of environment. They just need to download app and buy a sensor. For example, when we buy flowers or trees in the house, it will be useful. We can use this app to observe flowers or trees’ health condition. Certainly, it is useful for department of environment. They can use this app to estimate plants’ health. It is not suitable for desert areas, because desert do not have soil and desert plant do not need this app.
