Hey Fabricio,

In my article I went through the fact that we used to have quite a substantial up-front research phase before any product design or prototyping happened. In fact, most of my career working for my own company and other companies has been that approach.

If there is a research or data gathering method that can be done, i’ve done it.

Now to the briefs. As we are not as much a production house as a concept/strategy/consulting company — our briefs are generally very broad and wide ranging. With clients spanning from the UN to tech startups, we get a pretty good variety.
