Hey Jim, thanks for your response.

No, I don’t need to go into the details of the exact screening process, questions and interview process as that’s not the point of this particular article. When I write “How we conduct user research at AJ&Smart”, that’s where you’ll see it.

This article has one goal: Show people that long, bloated up-front user research is a waste of time and money. Which i’m still very sure of.
