Really interesting, thanks for that AND DAMN that last bit is spot on and I see companies making the mistake so often. They think their competitor has completely nailed something like a checkout process, spend the time and money to replicate it, by the time they’re done the competitor has already redesigned because it wasn’t actually converting well. 🌮
