Ya, my choice of title was from a presentation I did last week and the intention was to sort of piss some design industry people off… I guess it worked :)

Exactly what you’re saying is what i’ve seen too: the research being brought to teams who now have zero context of what the research phase was really about or what actionable insights they can take from it… Which is why the Design Sprint process which aligns the hell out of everyone on the product team works well for me.

My next article will have a headline like: Sketch sucks… or Samsung makes the best phones :)
