Where are we on the media balance beam?

When I joined Fusion we were doing about 10 mil uniques and in a matter of months we formed the Fusion Media Group and are now doing north of 90 mil. That’s just website not talking social footprint. Long story short, you never know how quickly things will change (for the better!)

For me the key is to focus on the audience and their needs no matter where you sit on the beam. Solid audience equals the time to figure it out.
