To new adventures

To tell you the truth, this was going to be my first solo trip, and i was anxious. As anxious as a small kid who is about to venture in the deep end of the pool for the first time. My mind was swimming with all situations that could go wrong, and i had constant butterflies in my stomach.
I almost thought of cancelling the whole plan, i look back now, and send a quick thank you prayer to the universe. Apart from loving every bit of this solo adventure, the trip nourished me with a somewhat newer sense of self, like a small door opening up within my soul.
The knotted sense of anxiety in my stomach for the unknown seems to have eased a bit. May be slowly I will begin to trust the journey, and enjoy it.
