In case you think I’m exaggerating, below are just a few examples of the sites (in addition to Microsoft’s website/help desk), where I sought advice and the remedies I attempted to correct the “plugged in not charging” problem. (As you can see, this wasn’t just me.) If I was to add up all of the hours I’ve spent troubleshooting this issue, in addition to the — sometimes — days I spent not being able to even turn the device on (because it won’t turn on without a charge)…let’s just say it’s “a lot,”
