Health Solutions : Burning Fat Vs Burning Calories — To lose weight and get in shape, you must have a good diet and exercise regularly to burn fat. The first thing you need to understand about the exercise is that the simple fact that you burn calories does not mean that you burn fat. Your main goal when you do the exercise should lose body fat, and you cannot lose body fat just by burning calories. When we exercise, our body will start to burn calories, but the calories burned are the calories of carbohydrates in our system. In order to burn calories with your stored fat, your body requires the presence of oxygen. There is a certain amount of oxygen that your body needs in order to start burning fat and the only way for you to measure the quantity necessary for your own body is to follow your target heart rate during exercise. Please understand that if you continue to burn only calories from carbohydrates, you will mainly lose “water weight”, which leads to a decrease in your metabolism. Also consider calories burned on carbohydrates like your energy calories. If you lose too many energy calories, your muscles will not receive enough energy to increase your metabolism that indirectly burns fat. Therefore, you must increase your calorie intake when you are on an exercise program to replace your burnt energy calories.

Burn the fatty calories during the exercise

During the aerobic exercise, your body goes through several stages before reaching the point where you burn fat. You will hear people say that you only burn sugar (carbohydrates) and not fat during the first 10 minutes of exercise. This is true to some extent. I say that because you will continue to burn sugar in front of 10 minutes if you do not work hard enough for your body to want more oxygen; Or you work too hard and you cannot provide your body with sufficient oxygen for the combustion of fats. When you do the exercise, you need to move at a regular rate (not too fast, not too slow) so that your body uses your stored fat (not carbohydrates or sugar) as an energy source. Also, don’t forget that the simple fact that you have reached the fat combustion stage does not mean that you will stay there. Staying at the fat combustion stage depends on it again if you move at a rate that suits your body. Make sure you are in your target heart rate range.

The only way for you to continue to burn the calories of fat of the hours after finishing training is through the anaerobic exercise of bodybuilding. Weight drive is the key to burning fat at rest. Bodybuilding is an anaerobic activity that will make you burn more calories than aerobic exercise. The calories you burn during weight training exercises are mainly carbohydrates calories (which means that you should eat even more calories per day for energy); But the calories you burn at rest are mainly calories of fat. The reason why you burn fat at rest is that bodybuilding increases your metabolism that uses your fat stored as energy.

To make your body the ultimate fat combustion machine, you need to do aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (bodybuilding) exercises.
