What do you need to say that you’ve been avoiding?

We all do it.

We have the discussion in our head.

We refine our argument.

We feel powerful when we are assessing it all in our minds.

And then…we don’t say it out loud.

Do ALL of the things we roll around in our head have to spoken out loud? That’s a NO.

But…

The ones that impact your relationships do.

The one that create a lot of stress for you do (otherwise your immune system is taking a hit).

The ones that hold you back or are reducing your ability to make more revenue in your business do.

And the ones that go against every cell in your being and who you are, most definitely do.

It doesn’t mean you have to ATTACK the other person.

You just need to be open, honest and speak from the heart.

SAY what needs to be SAID.

Don’t SUPPRESS it any LONGER.

Then, you (and your mind) CAN MOVE ON with your LIFE and BUSINESS.

DISTRACTION OVER.

(You might not enjoy the process but you will feel better when it’s over.)
