I live amongst vast fields of corn and soybeans in some of the richest farming area in the world. Most of it is fed to livestock. I could visualize vast fields of grains, vegetables, and fruit that could feed the world. I believe the only way that climate change can be reversed Is through a plant based diet for all. It takes vast amounts of water to raise livestock for food. It is so horribly processed and everyone is encouraged to eat vast amounts of protein from animal sources people are dying of obesity and heart disease. Few get the connection between what we eat and our health.
