Pause #1. It’s not just progressives that view Medicare-For-All favorably, it’s the whole country. You have just reported a false statement. In fact, in your own poll you linked (the Pew Research poll shown at the beginning), it states that 60% of the American people think it’s the government’s responsibility to provide health insurance to everyone. Fix your article.

That isn’t what that poll says at all. You’re spinning it into 60% support for Medicare For All and chose to look at one graph while ignoring what the poll results actually show. Why did you ignore the other chart that clearly shows that only 33% support Medicare For All with another 25% supporting a mix of government and private insurance?

Despite your claims of wide-spread support for Medicare For All in Red States, only 12% of Republicans support the idea.
