We have moved from developers sitting in cubes to open office scrum teams and that change has improved things a lot as it has helped collaboration and teaching new hires a ton.
As a youth soccer coach at the U10 level last year and again this year, the only thing I don’t like is that we are told that we can’t start teaching proper heading technique in a safe and controlled manner at the younger ages.

Baseball has a larger issue with diversity in that fewer and fewer African-American kids are making baseball their #1 sport and you are seeing that on the field.
Part of the lack of diversity in the front office is the copy cat mindset that looks at Epstein as the model and other teams try and find the next Theo.
