How a series of initiatives to train gratitude changed my life in 2017
Kevin Lavelle

A great article Kevin. Interestingly enough, I ordered the Amor Fati medallion (instead of the Momento mori) a few days before finding your article. I had read Tim Ferriss’ book The 4 Hour Work Week. I was introduced to the chart to track our time using months over 12 years ago at a leadership conference. I use Qi Gong and Tai Chi for my personal meditation. Frankly, you put many of the things I am working on plus a few that I had not planned into one great article. A great piece to read to close out 2017 and start 2018…much gratitude to you for your efforts!
