Gobs of Jibber-Wobby — and other party favors.
It takes a little jabber
To make some jibberish;
Fallen stars,
Late night bars,
Curses …
And a wish.
I make it very often,
And freeze a little bit.
You never know
(As friendships grow)
When you need a whit.
So listen very closely
As I share this now:
A slice of moon,
Some pantaloons,
The nose-ring of a cow.
Mix it very thorough.
Add a drop of dust.
Whisk it more tomorrow;
(Taste it if you must.)
Now go, let’s grow, a batch or two.
A party we shall have!
With gobs of Jibber-Wobby
To share with all our friends.
