Interesting that you found a way to trash influencers and GT students in the same paragraph. Both my sons were tapped for the GT program in our district, and now 25 and 26, one is a rocket scientist (literally) and the other is just finishing a masters in both flute performance and arts outreach management. Both have umpired youth baseball for a collective total of 19 years, including volunteering to work Special Olympics softball tournaments.

Though you are right about the vast majority of influencers, I think you owe young people like my sons an apology.
