Having a despensible executive team is probably a good thing to get the most value from a sale, plus the desire of a core team go build their next project once they have come to terms with giving up their baby. I have seen opinions that say the Jet CEO was a big reason WalMart paid $3 billion. He’s there for a long time I’d imagine.
