Based on Psalm 34:8–10

O Loving Father, who withholds no good thing from those who seek you, bless me and provide for me today as I seek you out as a place of refuge, that I might sample your goodness once again and be compelled to speak of it with others, in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord, Amen.
