Hi Somina,

It’s really great reading about your experiences! It seems there is something inside you which some people label intuition. It may be “saying” that you should keep your options open, that there is something, or some things, out there of which you aren’t yet fully cognizant, something which you will find incredibly challenging and rewarding. As I’m sure you are already aware, what you experience at university is not “real life.” Once you graduate and take that banking job (if that’s actually what you do) you’ll start experiencing at least one aspect of the real world. Let’s hope that banking job isn’t with a Wells Fargo operation or anything like it. Whatever it is, keep your antennae up for what you do encounter. And just as importantly, keep a part of yourself actively searching for what your intuition suggests to you might really be the work you are meant to do, the work in which you can envision yourself fully actualizing your abilities!

In today’s world more and more people find themselves doing things in life that are somewhat different from what they started out doing, things they never imagined they would be doing when they graduated from university. This has become more and more common in the past fifty years and the rate of change does not seem to be slowing down. Good luck!
