Question: Microstorage(as I understood) while gives nice encapsulated units (capable of being part of the containers) they would be only storing part of the whole operational data(semi-persistent, since they are not fail-proof) and persistent long term(fail-proof) in object storage.

  1. Please confirm — For consumers(microservice) to access any given data we rely on the storage application’s (like mongodb) replication and consistency features to provide high availability/consistency, distribution/balancing across microstorage units.
