Didn’t realize they removed the free plan. At least they grandfathered their existing users (not even customers, technically speaking). That’s a business decision I can understand. Freemium is hard.

I tried MailGun a few months ago when SendGrid had huge delivery lag (bad for an alert tool like mine!). My experience wasn’t so good, it was not delivering to a couple of my bigger customers like Greyhound for example. I might check them again. Thanks for reminding me they exists! :)

I’m currently looking at Amazon SES and SendInBlue. The folks from Doppler Relay reached out to me, I might check them out. We’ll see.
