Om ! Ik Onkar ! Amen ! Aameen ! Shalom
A very basic tendency of the mind is to cling on to the negative. In this “oh so tiresome” world of judgements, concepts and what not, we definitely don’t want to give one more reason to the society to judge us i.e. by our beliefs, religion, culture etc.
Well, what can we do about it ? What can an individual person’s role be to bring about more peace ? The answer is simple:
The first step is : Don’t give in to world’s negativity. Just hang on ! Be strongly rooted in your peace, in your happiness, in your stability.
Then comes the second step: Once you are established in your peace, now you take action and spread togetherness, and belongingness . Use your hobbies , talents and freedom of speech to spread happiness and togetherness.
Look for role models who are already doing that. I know one person who is dedicated to bring peace to this planet. And , he is so passionate about it that he is getting 3.5 million people from 155 countries to meditate together and join him for his cause. The World Culture Festival 2016 will be the biggest event that the humanity has ever seen.
You know how there are certain events which have occurred in the past and still continue to effect us in the present. Well, the World Wars for example were some of those events.
The World Culture Festival 2016 will be the next. But, in a positive direction. An event which will change the trajectory of human society and thinking. Not only those 3.5 million people are going to send out vibes of peace through meditating together, but their silence is going to make a noise. A noise of peace.

Celebration of togetherness, dancing, culture, euphoria, a bliss of peace will be in the air. March 11–13, 2016, New Delhi, India will witness world’s biggest cultural extravaganza.
I am one of those 3.5 million people. Are you ?
Fun fact : Have you noticed how all the religions have this one word made with these common sounds: aa, uu and mmm.
Hindus use Om, Sikhs use Ik Onkar , Christians use Amen , Islamists use Aameen and Jews use Shalom.
