ChatGPT has been making headlines for its wide range of applications in various fields. From assisting businesses with customer service to helping researchers analyze large datasets, chatGPT has become an indispensable tool for many professionals. However, have you ever considered how this technology can improve your daily life?

Experiment with chatGPT

To test this idea, I decided to put chatGPT to the test by asking it to create a weekly meal plan for me based on my input. I provided a list of meals to consider and some specific rules, such as no repetition and easy-to-cook options on certain days. I was curious to see if chatGPT could understand my preferences and create a viable meal plan.

Results

The results (Read my whole conversation below) were fascinating. chatGPT created a neat table for my weekly meal plan, all based on South Indian cuisine. It even detected native food item names and provided their English translations in brackets. The meal plan was well-balanced, including options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and even included snacks. It also met my criteria for easy-to-cook options on certain days and no repetition.

This experience showed me that ChatGPT’s capabilities extend beyond just professional use — it can be a helpful tool in everyday life. Imagine being able to ask ChatGPT to create a shopping list for your weekly groceries or to suggest new recipes based on your preferences. With ChatGPT, the possibilities are endless.
