Apple just told the world it has no idea who the Mac is for
Owen Williams

Couldn’t agree with you more. I waited so long to pick up the new Macbook but now have absolutely no interest in the products Apple showed off or the direction that they’re heading.

My Mac Mini from 2012 is my current main computer and it’s great. But I’ve been slowly losing interest in the brand since that year. I can’t stand the constant obsession with lightness and thinness. There is a point where this no longer matters and the abandoning of useful ports just to gain another millimetre is so frustrating.

I genuinely believe they need a new leader. They’ll continue to sell purely on brand name but they’re going to need a huge step forward in either OS (Sierra was another recent disappointment) or computing to bring me back on board.
