I do.

When I say ‘open’ and ‘expressive’ — I mean ‘approachable, can talk to, am open to what you have to say’. The person doesn’t dress to suggest they are closed and unapproachable. A person ought to be social-capable and able to or exude they are ‘fun’ to be around — that they anxious for developing a relationship by conversation and to engage in understanding others and in sharing honestly about the subject matter.

A person should dress to engage with others as best as they are able and comfortable to do so. Too many people dress to be avoided or appear so authoritative as to cause others to avoid them or be less engaged with them.
