We All Want Healthcare To Cost Much Less — But We Are Asking The Wrong Question

Not exactly. Cities build what they build based on extremely long term financial plans….things like loans, grants, levies, public, private, business investors including monies from domestic and international banking, credit unions and securities corporations as well as massaging a wide variety of city monetary accounts and monies from state and federal resources. If it wasn’t for this mess NONE of the cities about this country would be able to afford to build what they have if they only depended on who lives in each of them.
