‚Objectives and Key Results‘ — A promising goal-setting framework
Sophia Bolz

Good introduction. What we’ve found at Weekdone over the last 4 years of working with OKRs in thousands of companies from startups to Fortune 500 is to initially start small and simple, based on best practices, but then evolve over 2 quarters to find your own way of OKRs and break all the rules. Companies are different, so are the people and cultures. What works in one place does not work in another.

If someone has any questions on the OKR practice, feel free to ping me. We also have a bunch of materials on our Weekdone blog.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
