The Best of the Rest

For those that have not read my last series, Bayern Munich has won the top-flight German soccer league each of the last six years. This unmatched stretch of dominance led me to wonder about the best team not named Bayern Munich. So I posed the question to the PassTheSticks crew and began working on what will now become my new series. We came up with four teams that we felt were worthy of consideration.

With the help of the rest of the PassTheSticks crew, we will take an in-depth look at each of these teams and crown one of them as the winner. Some of the factors we will use to form our conclusion are the success in competitions, individual player talent, transfers both in and out and expectations of the team.
