Getting stuck is normal, getting un-stuck takes work!

We have all been there…

Your weight loss plan was great at the beginning. You lost weight but now you have plateaued and just cannot lose that last 20 pounds.

Your exercise routine was great for months, continuously increasing your running distance and reducing your “minutes per mile”. But now, you just cannot seem to make any more progress.

You want to start that “couch to 5k” exercise plan and have been meaning to start the plan for some time. However, you just cannot ever get started and you stay stuck on the couch.

You have been studying for months to raise your scores on your college entrance exams, but, no matter how hard you try, you cannot raise your score any more regardless of your study time.

Your great job of the past few years has provided you with good opportunities, but now you seem to have plateaued in a role and cannot figure out how to keep your mobility going in a positive direction.

It is so frustrating!
