It’s nice to see policy start to favor “entrepreneurship” in the context of urban development, renewal, investment, etc. A terrific next step would be to see you four embed startup accelerators in target communities, to more directly foster the entrepreneurship and innovation on civic challenges that will be likelier to succeed with this new access to capital that the Investing In Opportunity Act could trigger.
