Where’s the 55% percent in overhead going?

If you look at their financial statements, a lot of the overhead goes to salaries and travel. That is part of the scam. Mixing business and charity work. And while Clinton was in office it was mixing business, charity and government work. Except in both cases any charity actually accomplished was a side effect.
