Real is Rare

There was a speaker at the conference I just spoke at that was great at getting the crowd motivated but when I talked to him afterwards I could tell it was a fake show.

It’s one thing to motivate people with words but it’s quite another thing to live it. To practice what you preach.

Instead of putting on a facade and “faking it until you make it” just be real. Share your weaknesses. Share your story with all its imperfections. Be yourself. It’ll either scare away every fake person in your life or it will attract the most important relationships you’ll ever be a part of.
