I was kept on the phone line for 45 minutes. When the person finally answered, I asked them why their companies recording is lying. The guy said he didn’t remember what it says and had no idea what I was talking about.

When you always tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything.

We all know it’s a lie when we hear those recordings. If it was important, you wouldn’t make a customer wait that long.
