We are looking for founders, not employees. To be eligible to join our team, you must have a startup of your own. A startup that is running and has launched — acquiring new users and responding to feedback.
Why Founders?
We want equity and we want you to succeed. If you agree to join, we do a 1% equity swap. You earn 1% and we earn 1% of your startup.
Democracy
We all have equal shares and voting powers. Equity is capped at maximum dilution to 1%. Maximum our company will grow is 100. We believe in a self-sustaining architecture, that will not fall when 1 key member leaves.
Pay
