Holiday Musings

Meditations on the past and hopes for the future straddle the holiday season, as time moves us forward with travels, feasts and laughter. Even in those moments we might still sense the sting of loneliness and fears that may accompany this season. Yet we press on with fresh eyes into the New Year, seeing the horizon of possibilities and new beginnings. We must press on for there is no future in the past and life is to be lived today. So let us laugh, sing and celebrate with our loved ones and strangers alike, and may peace reign over us all.
