A Response to “Write Like This!”

Write like you’re seeing for the first time.

Write like it’s an ability you’ve lost but now regained.

Write like it’s the only thing keeping you alive.

Write like you can’t sleep without doing it.

Write like all the world is against you and you have nowhere else to go.

Write like a newlywed in utter bliss of the present.

Write like you are somebody.

Write like you’re nobody.

Write like you’re the sun.

Write like you’re the rain.

Write like you might forget how.

Write like you have life figured out.

Write like you can’t imagine not writing.

Write till your heart can’t stand it anymore.

Write because you must.
One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
