Very good. Yes, government must indeed have limits on its power. It is a large part of the job of the Supreme Court to establish and enforce those limits. That’s exactly what they did when they reined in the EPA. The EPA acted in a way it dod not have power to do, and the Court ruled that action invalid.

If it’s that important, it’s that important to do it right, and that’s the principle the Court upheld. Nothing more, nothing less.
