Your statement is correct as far as it goes. The problem for your argument is that Bernie has no argument to flip superdelegates — especially after arguing that the vote of the people should determine the superdelegates’ votes — if he doesn’t win a majority of pledged delegates. Right now, that means he needs to win the remaining contests with an overall 2–1 margin. He’s gotten about 45% of the vote so far. Not gonna happen.
