Outsourcing. A word that is cashing itself from its identity. A lot of people think that outsourcing is something like you have a business and you hire people internationally to work as their call center agents. An old piece of perspective holding in their mind. Well, that is something we call BPO or Business Process Outsourcing. But outsourcing has not only one kind of it. It can also be like you hire any person and mark him on that job which you don’t have to do yourself. Funny but it’s your work but it’s someone else’s DIY thing.

It doesn’t matter what you outsource, what matters is how effective you do it

Funny but yeah the Dark Knight Rises Dialogue can be moulde into many different statements of your work. But yeah as companies you have the right how freely do you want to work. A casual and a healthy, friendly environment makes the brain fresher and can generate much more ideas. So to work more effectively you need to think out of the box.

1. What should you outsource?

Outsourcing your work in an effective way can help you saving a lot of time and energy. And this leads you to live a comfortable and balanced life. While you are obtaining a service, you should keep in mind that:

Being an owner of your company, you should realise and learn what is the size and the worth of the company. It is very important to choose what you’re actually looking for. If you are a company which provides food products or snacks, then you need to have either your own delivery team or you hire a team who can deliver your product timely. If you see that while outsourcing, you are not facing extra charges or any reviews leaving the negative impact on the reputation, then you are going well. Because if outsourcing a team is saving your money and you are paying only for their tasks rather than keeping a full-time team and pay them either if they are work or not, then better to stick with outsourcing.

2. When should you outsource?

Taking an example of an e-commerce website who provides quality food, if you have a team of live chat agents who answer your customers, but you need to get your website developed and you want to get the chat transcript with all the customer monitoring and stuff. What the best you can do with it is you can outsource your work to a company who can do both things. This will help you in a way that your managed chats work in a proper manner under a new team and for the long term, your website would be in safe hands so that you don’t have to worry about bugs or errors. This technique is called cost/time analysis.

When you have a good idea on your “What and When” of your business, then you will see obvious results and in that way, you can streamline your work properly, maximise your work and be more productive in less time.
