Thank you so much for your wonderful work in this area. As a father of 2 daughters, it does make “a dude” much more empathetic and aware of the many obstacles in the workforce for women. But as you note, we cannot wait for every guy to have a daughter to move the needle farther and faster!

This is where I think more work needs to be done to explain “the what’s in it for me” or intrinsic motivation to get more men aware and take action to ensure equal opportunities for women. I would like to see your work in this area in a future post. Keep up the important work!
