I didn’t claim ethanol was bio-diesel. Ethanol comes from sugar (usually corn or sugar beet plants) which uses carbon dioxide as a feedstock, which mainly comes from the atmosphere. And it didn’t take billions or millions of years to form, it only took 5–6 months from planting, to harvest, to fermentation to the gas tank. So it’s renewable on a human time scale and is a hydrocarbon.
Oh and Dude, I’ll keep this short. Solar energy is about a horsepower per meter square power output(on a good day). So do some math before you destroy the surface of the planet trying to power it along with your pocketbook.
