If you don’t learn anything from unpublished drafts, you’re not paying close enough attention.
Tom Farr

In fact, I keep multiple drafts going at once because sometimes simply writing out my thoughts is enough for me. Or it lends itself to a better story or things I hadn’t thought of before I wrote my stream of consciousness.

When I have thoughts, they sit in my brain… until I get them out I can’t move forward. Not every thought that comes to my brain is worth saying out loud. But, maybe that 2nd, 3rd or 4th one is.

I think ultimately, it just depends on why you write and who you are writing for. Sometimes, it’s just for myself.

Writing for yourself is nothing but beneficial.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
