I worked at Dominos for 7 years and watched as this site was developed and they really began focusing on its customers. They do a tremendous amount of internal training to build consistency and seem to care about their customers. At the end, yes, it’s not great food and if you work for them you’re actively looking for a new job.

But of all the fast food places out there, shittily paying wages and feeding you corporate garbage, Domino’s isn’t the worst to work for. In fact, I prefer it over Starbucks.
