This is great man! Thank you for sharing. Most people don’t talk about the mental aspect and the fact that you still feel down. That’s the part that has made me yo-yo the same 65 pounds over and over again these last few years.

This year I’ve spent it improving my mental health. I’m about to go on another weight loss journey, in hopes of losing that 75 pounds for good. Healthy body and mind is the goal this time.
