Born into darkness cast by a shadow of lies.

Try to break free of what society, religion and family thought right.

18 years took to open the doors that brought shining lights through.

Time to find me, find my own truth.

Accepted myself and thought ready to go.

Just to find that at the end of the rainbow there’s no pot of gold.

Shade, and judgment and rencor instead.

Judged by the same ones the world judged in the first place.

Too skinny, too fat, too hairy, too bald.

Why is it harder to live out in this world?
