This is great perspective on a company’s real growth prospects and the threats to that growth. With the commodities shake out still in process, it’s very hard to see where the transports end up — particularly those like rail whose revenues are commodity dependent. For now, regulators have allowed these businesses to shield themselves from demand losses, but that likely won’t last forever.
