The world is changing

The silent madness of the office makes me think about how I’m killing myself. I am slowly becoming grey. The picture that comes to my mind is myself fading out from myself.

I feel that the intensity of the constant question “who am I” becomes way too innocent among the so claimed successful people. When in reality, it’s the question that everyone should be asking themselves. I feel.

I feel that, the more I question and doubt myself the more “unsuccessful” I am, judged of course, by these men, and that makes me rethink the way I behave and think, which becomes a chain reaction, changing my habits and slowly changing who I am, in such way that I get farther from what I want to get closer, the real me. The best version of myself and not just another person passing through life with a good salary, job. I feel.

I feel that talking to people becomes a game, in a way that people are not actively listening to you, but picking words and absorbing the interpretation they want, and they do it in a way they could use it, either in favor or against someone, but always to benefit their career path, so-called “grow”. I feel.

I feel people feel that too, but they are too distant from what I want to get closer, and that’s too difficult for them to change.

Success is not measured by career path, that’s a fact. I can give the meaning that I want to success and there is no right or wrong.

Indulge ourselves with the answers that we’re looking for, should be, you know, the question to ask when meeting that lovely friend, and the job should not be assumed as “who we are”, but “what we do”.

As a believer -in people- I do that myself. Slowly. On my own. Changing habits. I’m transparent. I’m an agent of the change that I wanna see, as much as you are too. The changes that I provoke, are so subtle, that words or even the eyes won’t catch it.

If you are that agent too, I’m sure you’ll see me among the “successful” people, doing my thing.

And the world is changing.

For better.
